BOOKING
Secure online booking and payment can be made directly on our site with a valid credit card number, free of charge.
A 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking for any stay of 3 days or more.
VAT is included in the selected rate.
We do not accept unaccompanied minors under the age of 18.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation or modification without charge is possible to 15 days before your arrival. After this date, the entire stay must be paid.
In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
ARRIVAL
Check-in time: 15:00 to 21:30
In order to welcome you in the best conditions, we would be grateful if you could indicate your approximate time of arrival.
It will not be possible to access the establishment outside these hours without prior agreement.
All guests staying at the property must present a photo ID upon check-in.

DEPARTURE
Check-out time: 11:00 maximum.

CHILDREN
Children are welcomed from 12 years old.

PETS
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

STAY CONDITIONS
The number of people per room cannot exceed the maximum capacity.
All our rooms are non-smoking. Please respect designated smoking areas outside the property.
Meals cannot be consumed in the rooms.
Parties or events are not allowed in our establishment.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse of the property. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full cost of repairing or replacing the property.
In case of theft, 100% of the price will be charged.
